This session has a little of everything: an adorable newborn, his super sweet parents, and the beautiful space he lives in. Laurie Ann Kleinhenz of bee photographie captured it all with these gorgeous images. Parents Mia & Stephen welcomed Elliot into the world about one week before this shoot. Elliot's parents custom designed his inviting nursery. Dad Stephen built the wall frames from driftwood while mom Mia hand painted the sailboat on the wall and sewed the sailboat mobile. You cannot beat those kinds of thoughtful, handmade touches in a nursery for your little one. Love! It's obvious in the family photos, too, how much love is in this new little family. Hi! I'm a friend of Elliot and his parents. The paint color is Plumage by Martha Stewart, and is just as spectacular in person.

I'd really like to know the source of the 4 framed illustrations (hungry caterpillar, paddington bear, etc). They seem to be watercolors. Thanks!

Love the pictures! What a beautiful family! Can you tell us what color the green in the closet is as well? I love, love, love it all!
Mia 4 years, 7 months ago
Emma- Hi Im Elliot's mom. I painted all of the illustrations in the room.
Hayley- The color is Bay Leaf also apart of the Martha Stewart collection for Home Depot. I wanted to use Lowe's Olympic Premium because it is zero VOC, so they matched it for me.
Thanks Everyone for all the compliments!

Hi Elliots mom. Did you also use Lowes Premium for the bedroom color? I love all the different shades of the color in different parts of the room. Can you tell me if you used semi-gloss, etc bc i just love the way it shines in different parts of the room. Im so jealous of this room! What a beautiful room ya'll produced for your adorable baby. I hope I can even come close to this look. =)

Hi, I love the wall color you chose. Like so many other posters I was wondering if you wouldn't mind sharing the brand and color name. Gorgeous little family!
On to Baby 4 years, 2 months ago
Hi Jessica, the paint colors were shared above in earlier comments! To recap for you: both colors she had Lowe’s Olympic Premium paint matched to swatches from the Martha Stewart line. The green is Bay Leaf and the Blue is Plumage. Good luck with your room!
