I am a lifestyle photographer with fine art background. I like to mix modern and classic photography in order to achieve stylish and timeless art. I use only natural light and very minimal posing if any at all. My goal with each session is to create a true and one of a kind story that will be remembered forever. Most of all, I love my job. Photography has been my passion and I am very fortunate that I am able to this every day. I photograph people and I capture life's most important moments. What can be better than that? My journey as a photographer started a long time ago while I still lived in Europe. I remember the day when my family and I had to flee our home in my home country of Croatia. I was packing a bag with my belongings and most of what I took were family albums. I was only 15 at the time, however I knew that clothes and other material things can be replaced, but family photos can not. Unfortunately, the bag that I packed was lost somewhere on the road during our journey, but my love for photography was born. I believe that the lack of photos from my own childhood sparked the love for photography within me. Once I arrived in the US, I started my studies in photography. I received an Associates Degree in Fine Art Photography and then went on to Webster University where I graduated with a B.A. in Photography. Fast forward to the present and I am living my dream. I photograph and capture special moments in my clients lives and I feel honored to be able to do so. My personal life truly complements my professional career. I have been very fortunate to be married for 11 years to the love of my life. Recently, my husband and I became parents of a beautiful two year old boy and we are loving every second of it. As a couple with international roots it was natural for us to choose international adoption to expand our family and now we are proud US citizens, with Croatian, Peruvian and Korean heritage.
