Make your Christmas greetings a little extra special with these sweet, handmade Christmas ornament cards. They're fun to DIY and easy enough for the whole family!
What You Need
5.5" x 8.5" sheets of card stock or heavy colored paper
Ruled guide similar to shown (a regular school ruler will do, but this makes it easier!)
Black sharpie—or go metallic if you're feeling fancy!
Scrapbook paper, wallpaper or other patterned paper and 1" circle punch OR you can purchase circles punched from letterpress scraps at 622 press
Start by drawing parallel lines of different lengths from the top of the right half of the card (this will be the front when you fold it). The lines should be .5"-1" apart, I like the look of five lines, but you can do three, four, or more! Whatever looks good to your eye.
Use your glue stick to adhere a circle to the bottom of each line. Try to center it as best as you can.
Draw small bows on the top of each ornament.
Fold the card in half and voila! Homemade Christmas cards you can be proud of!
