White is of course the perfect color for a baptism reception, and Taleen Shirikian of Simple Little Details used an all-white palette for a beautiful effect in this gorgeous backyard event for little Camila. She added just the tiniest, sweetest touches of pink here and there in the decor. Guests enjoyed a casual event that was at the same time so completely elegant in a transformed backyard space. From Event Designer Taleen Shirikian of Simple Little Details:
"We were so thrilled to help create a special celebration for Camila's baptism. Our client Artemisa wanted something that was simple and casual yet beautiful as it was taking place at their home. The color palette was all white with just touches of soft pink. We brought in white linens, chairs, and umbrellas. There was something beautiful about walking into a backyard and seeing the simplicity of all white especially for a Baptism celebration! The centerpieces were baby's breath in white washed wooden vases. The backyard was surrounded by large white balloons with a soft pink ribbon tied at the bottom. Our client wanted to incorporate her Mexican culture throughout the event. We had a fabulous Sangria bar with fresh fruit and a taco truck serving up delicious food. The favors were cross sugar cookies which were displayed in white washed wooden boxes. The dessert table included fresh chocolate chip cookies in craft bags and macarons on a stick that were displayed in a box filled with baby's breath."
