Meet Parker! She's 20 months old and full of smiles. Lisa Hessel Photography photographed this darling girl and her parents Ryan and Tiffany in a lovely little section of a big park in St. Louis. Like much of the country, they had a tough winter. So when spring finally hit, this magical spot with light streaming through the trees and tiny purple and white flowers made the perfect place to capture the warm, blooming season.
