We're not ready to say farewell to summer just yet, so let's keep the season with us for today and soak in this enchanting summertime tea party. French Kiss Events planned and styled this sweet day celebrating mothers and daughters, and every single detail is just so pretty! The striking palette of bold fuchsia, pinks, and greens has been brought out with an abundance of gorgeous florals from Verbena Floral Design and charming paper goods by Freckled Stationery. We love how French Kiss Events brought everything together for this special party, and Kim Kalyn Photography captured it all so beautifully! "To me, a summertime tea party has always been not only a day filled with delicious treats & teas, but also a day for mothers & daughters! A day to set aside some time to spend together, to enjoy each others company, as well as all the pretty things that surround us on a daily basis.

"Our vision was to create exactly this…a space where mothers & daughters could sit back, relax over a cup of tea, and escape together into a magical setting! We wanted to create an overgrown garden feel, and took inspiration from The Secret Garden, a much loved childhood book of mine. The carnation floral curtain, teapot arrangements, hanging vines, and potted strawberry plants, all added to the setting and helped us achieve this look. And in honor of summer, floral crowns were made for each of the mom’s and small buds were placed in the girls hair!

"The craft station also helped to add some fun into the party, as well as color! The hot pink & lime green sparkles are so fun and cheerful, and difficult for any child to resist! The votives made at the craft station were spread around the tablescape. And the food, all provided by Nourish, was just as delicious as it looked, and was the perfect excuse for both mothers & daughters to indulge for the day!"
